Big plays and long bombs are nothing new at Ennis high school. After all they just graduated one of the state's most prolific passers in Tate Wallis who played in the recent THSCA All-Star Game. Leading the way for the receiving brigade is Broderic Jones who has made DCTF 1st Team Super Teamer, Aggie Websider Top 25, Texas Prep Xtra's 1st Team All-State, Texas Prep Xtra's Top 100 Wide Receivers, and many more lists already this year. Last season Broderic caught 47 passes for 1062 yards to lead the Dallas Area in receiving. Third in the Dallas Area in receiving is Vincent Marshall who caught 36 passes for 908 yards during the regular season. This lethal combination gave Ennis high school perhaps the best one-two receiving threat in the state last year. This year they DO give Ennis the best one-two receiving threat in the state. They will be stretching defenses to their limits and beyond. For this reason we name Ennis High School's pair of receivers Broderic Jones and Vincent Marshall, the TOP RECEIVERS IN THE STATE OF TEXAS!!!!
