Purdue looking at another under-recruited Texas HS QB

It's been a Big Week for Carrollton Creekview quarterback David Blough: In the span of 24 hours he gets invited to ESPN's Elite 11 national quarterback showcase and his first offer from Purdue, whose offensive coordinator John Shoop has been a North Texas regular.
Blough is a three-year starter with a strong arm and has been skyrocketing as the quicker release and accuracy he's been perfecting under noted QB coach Kevin Murray, who has a bevy of college quarterbacks around the country including former Allen quarterback Alex Morris at Alabama.

Blough is the first Texas high school quarterback to receive an invitation to the national 2013 Elite 11 quarterback competition earning an invite to the national event to be held at the Nike Facility in Oregon the weekend of June 28 and is edited into a defacto ESPN reality broadcast special.
The 6-1 Blough is one of the country's top pro-style passers. He's completed 251 of 477 passes (56 percent) for 3,363 and 28 TDs. He's being evaluated by Arizona State, Baylor, Rice, SMU and North Texas but hasn't received an offer as of yet from those schools.
