New commitments across Texas

A weekly feature, 'Commits This Week' will detail each new commitment from the state of Texas. Lets take a look at the five new commitments from around the state this week.
Green headed to the Big12:

DeSoto (Texas) corner A.J. Green committed to Oklahoma State this week. The 6-foot-1, 170-pound prospect chose the Cowboys over other offers from Arizona State, Boise State, California, Colorado State, Houston, Iowa State, Louisville, Missouri, Oregon State, Rice, SMU, Texas Tech, UCF, Utah and Wisconsin.
Oklahoma State now has 15 commitments for the 2016 recruiting class.
Texas A&M adds Rivals250 RB:
Houston (TX) Stratford running back Rakeem Boyd committed to Texas A&M this week. The 6-foot, 195-pound back chose the Aggies over other offers from Arizona State, Boston College, Colorado, Colorado State, Duke, Fresno State, Houston, Indiana, Iowa State, Memphis, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, Oregon State, SMU and West Virginia.
Texas A&M now has 14 commitments for the 2016 recruiting class.
East Texas OL headed to the ACC:
Hallsville (Texas) offensive tackle Parker Braun committed to Georgia Tech this week. The 6-foot-3, 272-pound prospect chose the Yellow Jackets over other offers from Arkansas, Army, Auburn, Duke, Florida, Liberty, Miami, Ole Miss, Missouri, Navy, N.C. State, Ohio State, Pittsburg, South Carolina, Stanford, Tennessee, UCF, Vanderbilt, Wake Forest, West Virginia and Western Michigan.
Braun will join his older brother, a current offensive lineman for the Yellow Jackets, at Georgia Tech.
Georgia Tech now has nine commitments for the 2016 recruiting class.
Other commitments across the state:
Dickinson (Texas) offensive center Anietie Etuk committed to New Mexico this week. The offer from the Lobos was the first for the 6-foot-2, 270-pound lineman.
Etuk becomes the first commitment for New Mexico in the 2016 recruiting class.
El Paso (Texas) Parkland defensive end Christian Johnson committed to UTEP this week. The 6-foot-3, 250-pound prospect chose the Miners over interest from both Arizona and Army.
UTEP now has two commitments for the 2016 recruiting class.
