Hebron WR Griffin commits to Baylor
Hebron receiver/defensive back
Kiante Griffin has committed to Baylor. The athletic Griffin has 40 catches over the last two years for 1,023 yards and 11 touchdowns. He's a top returner and could project as a defensive back as well.
Griffin was injured part of last season as a junior. He had 19 catches for 291 yards after having a standout season as a sophomore starter with 31 catches for 732 yards and 10 touchdowns.
Griffin is generally considered among the Top 10 receivers in Texas for the Class of 2011. Baylor was among the first to offer the 6-1, 190-pounder who has had strong off-season combine showings.
