Argyle (14-1) vs. Wimberley (14-0) Friday 4:00pm Cowboys Stadium, Arlington: After running a gauntlet in Region II, Argyle got a slight break last week as they handled Monahans with relative ease in a 34-14 win. TCU verbal QB Austin Aune led the way for the Eagles throwing for 284 yards and two touchdowns in the win and the Argyle defense after a rough first half shut down the Monahans Wing-T offense. Wimberley knocked off unbeaten Coldspring last week, avenging a semi-final loss from last year as the Texans rallied with 14 straight points in the fourth to win 21-14. QB Brady Lambert hooked up with Brennan Blakemore for a pair of fourth quarter touchdown passes to lift the Texans to the win. The Texans defense has been big all year, but can they get it done once again this week against an Argyle offense that is among the best in the area. Stepp's Pick: Argyle by 7
